includes: - an agent branded floor plan with Gross Liveable Area (GLA), similar to how appraisers measure sq ft. Floorplans are laser measured and precise within 1%. Since the appreciation of what is liveable and non liveable is left up to the appraiser, our floor plans are for marketing only and feature an appropriate disclaimer. The square footage we obtain includes the walls (which is how appraisers measure), unlike standard Matterport floor plans which only show the interior square footage. for properties up to 1500 sq ft $10 extra for each additional 500 sq ft
