**1. What services does 3D Casas provide?**
Services requiring a site visit: professional real estate photography, Matterport 3D tours, schematic floor plans, aerial drone photography, and Zillow 3D Home tours.
We also offer Social Media Videos, Virtual Staging and Editing and Property Websites,
**2. What areas do you serve?**
We currently serve New Mexico, Texas, and are expanding into Arizona. For specific cities, please visit our Service Areas page.
**3. How do I book a photo shoot or 3D tour?**
You can book directly through our website (check for online ordering specials) or by calling 888-711-5052.
**4. How far in advance should I schedule a service?**
We recommend booking 48-72 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
📸 Photography & Media
**5. What’s included in a standard photo package?**
Our standard package includes 40 high-resolution interior and exterior photos, MLS-optimized image sizes, and professional editing, delivered the next business day!
**6. Do you offer twilight or drone photography?**
Yes, we offer both. Though twilight is done virtually by editing a day shot.
**7. What is a Matterport 3D tour, and why is it useful?**
A Matterport 3D tour allows buyers to explore a property virtually as if they were there in person. It's a powerful tool for remote buyers.
For rental properties, it's particularly useful as it can serve to prove what condition the property was in before renters move in.
**8. Can I request virtual staging or image enhancements?**
Yes, we offer virtual staging, sky replacement, and other enhancement services upon request.
📏 Floor Plans & Measurements
**9. How accurate are the floor plans you provide?**
Our schematic floor plans are generated using laser measurement data and are accurate within 1-2% of actual measurements. Most vendors only include interior square footage. We go the extra step by estimating the livable area which is based on exterior dimensions.
**10. What’s the turnaround time for receiving floor plans?**
Typically, floor plans are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the site visit is completed.
💻 Delivery & Turnaround
**11. When will I receive my photos and media?**
Photos, videos and 3D Tours are usually delivered the following business day. Floor plans may take up to 48 hours.
**12. How will I access and download my files?**
We send you a private link via email where you can view and download all your files.
**13. Can you deliver content directly to the MLS or listing platforms?**
Yes, we provide MLS-compliant image sets and embed codes for uploading to MLS platforms.
💲 Pricing & Payment
**14. How much do your services cost?**
Pricing can be found on our Order Online/Prices page on our website.
**15. Do you offer bundled pricing for multiple services?**
Yes, we offer discounted pricing when services are bundled together.
**16. What forms of payment do you accept?**
We accept major credit cards and digital payments.
**17. Do you charge extra for properties over a certain square footage?**
Yes, additional charges apply for properties larger than 1500 sq ft, based on size (see our Order Online/Prices Page)
⚖ During the Shoot
**18. Do I or my client need to be present during the shoot?**
No, as long as we have access, we can complete the shoot independently. Lockbox codes are accepted, simply include them with your order in the "Additional Instructions" section of the Online Order form.
**19. How should the home be prepared for the photo shoot?**
The home should be clean, decluttered, and well-lit. For tips, see our Home Prep Checklist.
**20. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?**
We can reschedule or proceed with interior-only shots. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if the weather is acceptable or not for their property and shall notify 3D Casas no later than 6pm the day prior to the shoot if they wish to reschedule. If Aerial photography is not possible due to weather, we will return to the property to complete the job at the soonest available opportunity. Cancelling/rescheduling the day of the appointment will trigger a fee (see our Order Online/Prices Page).
📡 Support & Revisions
**21. What if I need changes or edits after delivery?**
We offer limited free revisions. Additional edits or special requests may incur a small fee.

📋 Legal & Licensing
**23. Who owns the photos after the shoot?**
We retain copyright ownership but grant you a license for marketing purposes. As the customer, you can authorize third parties to use the media you paid for, as long as it is not used for nefarious purposes.
**24. Can I reuse the photos for future listings?**
Yes, as long as you're the one who paid for the media, you can use the media as long as you need to.
